Each audit is coordinated through the NCDC national office and is conducted by experienced fundraisers and executives chosen specifically to match the needs of the organization being audited. An audit typically includes: pre-audit discussion and assessment, 2-3 days of in-service meetings and a comprehensive written summary report.
