What is the dress code for the Conference?
Business casual attire is acceptable for the Conference. The average temperature in Arlington during the time of the Conference is 70º, with an average high of 78º and low of 60º. Meeting rooms will be air-conditioned and are notoriously chilly. Dress in layers to ensure comfort.

Will sessions be recorded and available for purchase?
Yes. You can order sessions on CD or in mp3 format on-site. An order form will also be available on this website after the Conference.

Conference sessions are only open to paid attendees. Eucharistic celebrations are open to the public and spouses and children are more than welcome to attend. Which is the best Washington, D.C.-area airport to fly into?
The Crystal Gateway Marriott offers complimentary airport shuttle service to/from Ronald Regan Washington National Airport (DCA). We recommend flying into this airport if possible.

Yes! The Metro stops just one block from the entrance to the hotel.

Is there parking available at the hotel?
Yes. On-site parking fee: $10 hourly, $19 daily. Valet parking fee: $25 daily.

Yes! Aside from the restaurants within the hotel, Arlington is full of eateries, ranging from fast food to fine dining. Plus, the Crystal City Shops, a subterranean shopping center connected to the hotel by a climate-controlled walkway, contains over 200 shops and eateries to match every budget.
